Hi, this doesn't look like a Milano to me. And Milano also had bespoke chassis, not one coming from a Singer. On my blog (http://www.drivingphilosopher.blogspot.com) you'll find quite a number of photographs from my own Milano GT.
g'day john L it is a very nice motor car just to good to leave it sitting in the shed . i went to marong picnic day [a great day]and met the president of singer car club and he told me .it's 1948/49 chassis no a2594s and the other chassis no v623706p mite be a early vin no ,the v could stand for victoria .so i have to ring up vicroads to find out , so thank for the info on SA rego sticker cheers reid
g'day bruno von rotz yes mate i think your right it's not a milano, but i think it's a italia spyder one of three .just going by the wheel base 2300mm and track 1200mm and the body shape thanks reid
